Sebastian Inlet and Nauti Girl Sportfishing Charters offer Inshore/ Near Shore fishing trips that are 4 hours long from Sebastian Inlet jetties to offshore 9 miles.
These trips are perfect fore families with children, beginners wanting to learn the basics of saltwater fishing, or anyone looking for a fun half day adventure on the water with out running far offshore.
Inshore/ Nearshore charters are very family friendly and the children love them as they stay very busy and also see a lot of sea life from dolphins, turtles, rays and sharks on the beach.
We normally start out catching some live bait on one of Captain Scott’s near croaker or grunt spots. We may sabiki live white baits if the right time of the year.
These trips are more light tackle fishing for snook, redfish, black drum, sheepshead, mangrove snapper, tripletail, tarpon, jacks, small sharks, bigger blacktip and spinner sharks on the beach.
We can troll for Spanish mackerel, bluefish and king mackerel with planers and spoons or plugs.
At times we can site fish the schools of cobia on manta rays or bait schools.
If your family is looking for an exciting morning or afternoon fishing charter while visiting Cocoa Beach, Melbourne, Palm Bay, Sebastian or Vero Beach this trip is for you.
All fishing license, tackle, bait and gear are provided. Just bring sunscreen, drinks, your cameras and a sense of adventure.
The Space and Treasure Coast provide a great experience on the ocean and you may just get to see a rocket launch into space.

Fishing Licenses – Applicable Florida and federal recreational fishing licenses and permits are covered under our charter operation.
Ice for Your Catch – Ice is provided to help keep your fish fresh during the trip.
☀️ What to Bring
To make your fishing adventure as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, we recommend bringing:
Weather-Appropriate Clothing – Lightweight, sun-protective clothing and a light jacket when needed.
Sunscreen – Protect yourself from the Florida sun.
Food & Snacks – Bring enough for the length of your charter.
Drinks – Please pack beverages in a small personal cooler.
Water Shoes – Non-slip, non-marking water shoes or boating shoes are recommended.
Cooler for Your Catch – Bring a cooler to transport your fish home. Please leave it in your vehicle until the trip is finished.

Our departure ramp does not have a public fish-cleaning station.
Need extra ice for your trip home? Just let Captain Scott know before your charter, and we'll be happy to bring additional ice for your fish.
